1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phdiba ("phdiba", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at phdiba.net ("the Platform"). phdiba operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By registering an account on phdiba, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phdiba Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the phdiba Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phdiba or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors — nor a close relative of such a person.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on phdiba or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by phdiba for breach of these Terms.

phdiba reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license) — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phdiba may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on phdiba, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active local mobile number.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly notify phdiba of any changes to your registered details via the account settings or through our support team.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on phdiba at any time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one phdiba account — whether under your own identity or another person's identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. phdiba will close all duplicate accounts, and any balances in such accounts may be forfeited pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdiba login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phdiba will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.

You agree to notify phdiba immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phdiba will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, phdiba is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before approving high-value deposits. KYC documents required may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your phdiba account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency where applicable. phdiba reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time.

Deposits are credited to your phdiba wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. phdiba aims to process approved withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three banking days.

The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed in your account cashier. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

phdiba reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, phdiba will notify you within a reasonable timeframe and request any additional documentation required.

4.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to phdiba — without first contacting phdiba support to resolve the issue — constitutes a breach of these Terms. phdiba reserves the right to suspend your account, engage debt recovery processes, and report the matter to PAGCOR in such circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phdiba may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the point of offer and in the relevant promotion page.

General bonus terms applicable to all phdiba promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• phdiba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, phdiba reserves the right to apply a reasonable wagering requirement to any withdrawal request before processing.

6. Gameplay Rules and Betting

Each game available on the phdiba Platform — including Color Game, JILI Slots, live baccarat, live roulette, Monster Dice, bingo, e-sabong, sports betting on PBA, NBA, and international events, and boxing and UFC fight night wagering — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are available within each game interface.

General gameplay terms applicable across all phdiba games include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table. These are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game round, phdiba will resolve the round in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules and will notify affected players.
• Winnings are credited to your phdiba wallet immediately upon settlement of each game round.
• phdiba uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live game outcomes are determined by real physical events conducted by live dealers under studio surveillance.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, Manny Pacquiao Boxing Promotions, UFC, or designated sabong regulatory authority). In cases of result disputes, phdiba's decision — made in consultation with the relevant governing body — is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdiba Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phdiba.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using stolen payment credentials, hacked accounts, or fraudulently obtained funds to deposit.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets without human interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using phdiba to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Accessing the Platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order or if you are under the age of 21.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phdiba staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any game content, live streams, or proprietary materials from phdiba without written authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdiba Platform — including but not limited to the phdiba brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, sound effects, live stream footage, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phdiba or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

phdiba processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements. By using the phdiba Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key data practices of phdiba include:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform.
• phdiba does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and PAGCOR as required by law and regulation.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Submit such requests to [email protected].

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdiba's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phdiba account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdiba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phdiba's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision you make based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

phdiba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phdiba has reasonable grounds to believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
• Been found to be under 21 years of age.
• Used the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Upon termination for breach, phdiba may withhold any balance in your account pending a full investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phdiba reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting phdiba support at [email protected]. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you after KYC verification, provided no breach of these Terms is identified.

12. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus, or any other aspect of your phdiba experience, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. phdiba aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by phdiba's support team, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing phdiba's operations. All unresolved disputes are ultimately subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, the result recorded on phdiba's server logs and game provider records shall be considered authoritative in the absence of clear evidence of system error.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory authority over matters within its jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phdiba reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and via a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the phdiba Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.
